PICK UP: Sitka Baby Rentals is happy to offer free delivery to any location in Sitka. Common places we deliver to are hotels, lodges, AirBnBs, your friend's home, airport or the ferry terminal. We can drop off gear outside your door or, in some cases, will hand deliver to you. We wait 30 minutes from initial booking time and then will ask guests to rearrange delivery if there is a no show. We understand travel to Sitka can be challenging and unplanned, so we do our best to work with you and your travel plans.

DROP OFF: When you’re done with your rentals, we can pick up at the same place we dropped gear off or you’re welcome to drop it off at our business location.

Of course! As a family ourselves, we know how unexpected circumstances can change travel plans fast. We allow full cancelations on all reservations, fully refundable. Please email, call or text for cancelation requests.

Our hope is to keep our rental gear in top-notch shape. We know babies and toddlers aren’t always the easiest on gear, which is why we don’t hold your security deposit for any normal wear and tear. If we find something beyond normal wear and tear, we will take photos and send to you with an explanation on how much of the security deposit will be charged.

Absolutely! We love our local community and are happy to rent you gear for however long you need. Interested in testing a product before you buy it? Rent our gear for a day or a few hours and see if it works for you.

We send out occasional coupon codes to our followers on Instagram and through our subscribers. Coupon codes are seasonal and range from 10% to 30% off.
